Workplace With Meaning

The Why

As UGI Corporation and UGI Utilities opened new office spaces across Pennsylvania, the goal was to ensure employees and partners felt connected to the company’s mission, culture, and impact within each environment.

The Challenge

With large office footprints and multiple locations, the graphics needed to be thoughtfully placed and meaningful, not decorative. Each space had to feel unique while contributing to a cohesive brand story.

The Approach

I designed environmental graphics that leaned into materiality, production techniques, and storytelling. Each area was considered individually, from mission and values to community photography and subtle brand moments.

The Outcome

The completed spaces feel intentional, inspiring, and connected to a larger narrative. Each element functions as part of a system, reinforcing culture, purpose, and pride across locations.
